My philosophy is summed up by two themes....No Worries and Forward Momentum...You can't sweat the small stuff and have to keep moving forward no matter what!

I used to be consumed with work, but have since taken a less stressful job, and I am enjoying the free time. I am new to Little Rock, and love what I have seen so far.

I like to be outside and active in different pursuits, but an occasional day off 'vegging' is always cool. I am a voracious reader and enjoy topics ranging from 'Zombies' to 'Running'...well the 1st Rule of 'Zombieland' is CARDIO.....will read almost anything that maintains my interest. I love food, but have learned to have a healthy appreciation rather than an obsession with it....enjoy a good Pub much more than a Night Club.

Currently coming off of several years of inactivity and bad habits, and love the way it feels to shed some of the extra weight and the changes in my lifestyle that have come with it.

I am looking for someone who knows what they want and is settled into their life. Intelligence, education, adventurous spirit, are all great qualities. I would like to find someone that is comfortable with who they are, and enjoys life.
