My name is Jaclyn Kulakowski, but call me Jaci or Jax. I'm an ambitious working student in the medical field, and recently graduated Paramedic! I love everything involving body piercing and tattooing, right now I have only 5 tattoos and 13 piercings, but I plan to gain many more of both. I am an avid horseback rider and trainer and have a horse of my own. I also love hiking, camping, boating, and all things outdoors. Im always up for a good concert or a night out having a good time with friends! I can have fun just about anywhere and get along with just about everybody, I'm easy going, fun loving, and level headed.
